Top-Up Process – Required Verification Steps:

1. Verification Code

• A verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your Roblox account. Please check both your inbox and spam folder.

• Note: Verification codes are time-sensitive. Please submit them to the support staff promptly to avoid delays.

2. Approval via Roblox App

• Open the Roblox app and tap the “Approve” button when prompted.

3. Game Activity Verification

• The support team will present you with a list of game titles. Choose the 3 games you’ve played within the past 7 days.

• Note: You only have 3 attempts. If all 3 are incorrect, the system will require a password reset.

4. Backup Verification Code

• If you are unable to receive the standard verification code, you may generate a backup code and provide it to our team for verification.

1. Go to the "Email Address (Secure)" Option
   In your settings, locate and click “Email Address (Secure)” to access the two-step verification settings.

2. Enable Email Verification
   In the “Two-Step Verification” section, ensure that “Email (Secure)” is enabled. This allows you to receive unique codes from the address r*******@z5c.cc to verify your identity.

3. Generate a Backup Code
   In the “Backup Codes” section, click “Generate” to create backup codes. These can be used if you are unable to receive the main verification code.

4. Save Your Backup Codes
   Backup codes provide an additional layer of security in case other methods fail.
